      Niu Urban Living Promotional Gift Card Terms & Conditions
      This Niu Urban Living promotional gift card is provided as a courtesy gift through a participating realtor in celebration of a qualifying home purchase.

      • Gift card must be activated before use by completing the activation form on this page.
      • Gift card is valid only for the home purchaser registered by the participating realtor and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or combined with another household's gift card.
      • Limit one gift card per household and one gift card per qualifying home purchase.
      • Gift card is valid for eligible purchases at Niu Urban Living only.
      • Gift card must be used within 12 months of the home's closing date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
      • Gift card may only be used once. Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited.
      • The promotional gift card has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
      • No minimum purchase is required to redeem the gift card.
      • The promotional gift card may not be used toward prior purchases, existing balances, previous orders, delivery fees, installation fees, service charges, repairs, warranty claims, taxes, or other non-merchandise charges unless approved by Niu Urban Living.
      • Gift card may not be combined with other gift cards, realtor gift cards, promotional certificates, discounts, coupons, or special offers unless expressly approved by Niu Urban Living.
      • Gift card may not be applied to clearance items, final sale items, floor samples, special markdowns, or excluded brands/categories unless approved by Niu Urban Living.
      • Gift card is not replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without authorization.
      • Niu Urban Living reserves the right to verify eligibility, closing information, home purchase details, realtor participation, and customer identity before activation or redemption.
      • Niu Urban Living reserves the right to decline, cancel, or void a gift card in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate registration, incorrect information, or violation of these terms.
      • Gift card value, eligibility, and expiration are determined based on the information submitted by the participating realtor and confirmed by Niu Urban Living.
      • Program terms are subject to change or cancellation at any time, subject to applicable law.
      • By activating and/or redeeming the gift card, the recipient agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
